I had a truly memorable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, offering a beautiful view from the balcony. However, the check-in experience was delayed until after 3:00 PM. The service was a mix of kind and helpful staff, though communication in English was a bit challenging. The location was excellent, with easy access to town and dining facilities, but the encounter with an inappropriate individual tainted my experience. The dining options were excellent, offering delicious and incredible meals. Overall, a great stay with some slight inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was truly exquisite. The rooms were both refined and comfortable, featuring a wonderful bathroom, a stucco ceiling, a king-size bed, and a big modern flat TV. The attention to details was impeccable. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, from check-in to dining and everything in between. The location was spectacular, the best I've experienced in any hotel, right in town at the end of the main street across from The Grand Hotel Pupp and the hotel from the Casino Royale Bond movie. The dining experience was really good. However, there were some negative encounters with unpleasant individuals. Overall, the stay was memorable.
The hotel is situated in a more tranquil part of downtown at the end of the spa promenade, offering a nice walk to Calonada. The rooms are still top-notch compared to other options in Karlovy Vary and had everything I needed. The service provided by the hotel staff, in English, was professional, exceptionally kind, and catered to my requirements. The location is really good, with excellent dining and drinking facilities nearby. However, unfortunate interactions with an individual named Mr Frenkel, displaying inappropriate behavior, were a negative aspect of the experience.
